抄録
This paper deals with the Man Machine Interfaces, software programming and structure of a new marine boiler simulation system with introducing the physical and mathematical models of marine boiler system based on the lumped parameters method. The paper highlights the training function fro practical skills to create responsible and will-educated licensed seafarers who are certified to be compliant with International regulations. As training tool of Maritime Education and Training (MET), Marine boiler simulation system has been used successfully in marine engineers' training, with which trainees have possibilities to develop operation skills, and be proficient in emergency procedures and safety management.
