Abstract
This paper describes manipulation of liquid droplet by EWOD(Electro Wetting on dielectric) method. Contact angle of liquid droplet can be controlled electrically. This study focuses on effectiveness of silicone oil for EWOD method. The contact angle response improved by silicone oil, and the response can be repeated, we tried EWOD experiment in silicone oil, because silicone effect be good for EWOD.
