In order to avoid the impact of large charge and discharge current on the cycle life of battery in the process of driving or braking, a new electro-hydraulic hybrid power transmission system was designed. Taking a Changan prototype as reference, a method based on driving cyclic condition was used to match parameter and develop control strategy. The AMEsim software was used to establish the hydraulic hardware model and the Matlab/Simulink was used to establish the driveline simulation model. The co-simulation results verify the effectiveness of the new hybrid power transmission system and the parameter matching method. The results show that the new electro-hydraulic hybrid power transmission system effectively avoid the impact of large charging and discharging current on the battery cycle life, and can improve the economy of vehicle in a certain extent under the premise of satisfying power performance.
