In this paper, the behavior of Magnesium alloy under high velocity is investigated. The relation of dynamic stress and strain is measured by the dynamic uniaxial tensile impacting test and analyses. It is shown that under high velocity, the 6 _b of Magnesium alloy is increased with velocity increasing, the ductile is also increased too. When velocity goes up to the critical value, the 6_b is still increased, but the ductile is decreased quickly. The electromagnetic forming experiments of Magnesium alloy sheet are made, it shows that the wood can be one of the selections of the die material in electromagnetic forming technology and the Magnesium alloy has better antiwrinkle and little backspring.
