Abstract
Stress of metallic plastic deformation is decreased with ultrasonic vibration. This effect by ultrasonic is called Blaha effect. Since then, many studies of Blaha effect have been attempted. Drawing with ultrasonic vibration of Butted tube was studied. And decrease of drawing resistance, improvement of work limit, dimensional accuracy were obtained. This report is studied about effect of lubricants on tube drawing with ultrasonic vibration. Compared with normal tube drawing, tube drawing with ultrasonic vibration increases reduction of area and reduction of wall-thickness.
