抄録

Multi-heads weighers are used in the packing process of the production lines for various food industry for precise measurements. In this paper, we pay attention to a vibratory dispersive feeder of electro-magnetic type, which is a part of the multi-heads weigher, and we construct control systems for the feeder in order to adjust the amount of conveyed materials by the feeder. First of all, we analyze vibration characteristics of the feeder. Next, we apply PI control scheme and Fuzzy control scheme to control the feeder. As a result, the control systems with PI and Fuzzy controller provides the good responses in the changes of the reference values.
