In this paper, the fluid elastic vibration of circular cylinder arrays is investigated using the computational fluid dynamics (CFD). The hybrid analytical method which consists of the analytical solution and the simulation solution by using CFD is propsed. Comparing with the reported experimental data, the present results can be said to show considerably good agreements. Moreover, this present hybrid method is shown to have a good advantage in garsping the physical meanig, further in computation time and man-power.
