抄録
Recently, particular emphasis has been given to the education and the training of unskilled operators aiming at transmitting the skills and expertise of the experienced operators. In the paper, the problems of the education and training of the skills and expertise are discussed from the viewpoint of the university staff for the education of the manufacturing laboratory.
