We experimentally and numerically investigate the flow between co-rotating disks which rotate co-axially in the same direction at the same angular velocity with a narrow gap enclosed by a stationary shroud. The flow often accompanies azimuthally-fluctuating instability with a non-axisymmetric secondary flow near the stationary shroud. Our found is on the flow modes concerning a pair of torus-vortex structures, in addition to those concerning the boundary shape between a laminar core region and a turbulent outer region. Periodic phenomena as high-ω-synchronisation, low-ω-synchronisation and anti-synchronisation are found.
