The purpose of this study is to develop a high-performance micro-gas turbine. For this purpose, we analyzed the gas flow inside a compressor and a turbine by using computational fluid dynamics (CFD). We optimized the angle of the impeller blades of the compressor. As a result, the total pressure ratio of the compressor has been improved by 30% in comparison to previous model. Then, the power of the turbine was improved for 21.6[W]. Moreover, we analyzed both systems with changing revolution number (changed to 500,000rpm from 900,000 rpm) to enhance the possibility of this systems.
