To optimize and to homogenize the environmental conditions are important in plant factory. We installed sensors on the cultivation panel to evaluate the environment in plant factory. We found that the environmental factors and light intensity of cultivation panel are uneven in. Integrated quantity of photosynthetic photon flux density (PPFD) is correlated with fresh weight of harvested leaf lettuces. It is resulted that the weight becomes greater as irradiated light increases. This result shows that light quantity is one of the environmental factors which affect growth of cops.
