In this study, we developed an algorithm to derive the maximum surface integral rate points, which is the area fraction just before cluster formation in magnetic solution deposition. The results of 10,000 calculations were carefully examined, and it was found that increasing the applied magnetic field leads to the formation of thin films with the maximum surface integral rate points of less than 0.243. Furthermore, it was found that the number of conditions with the maximum surface integral rate points greater than 0.243 improved as the random force was increased. By dosing the particles according to the cluster formation, we obtained a very important finding that the maximum surface integral rate points is 0.322453 when all particles form a thin film.
