Abstract
We have conducted to develop the computer assisted instruction system which provides an e-Learning environment for drawing practice. The system is intended to be used for exercises without the help of teachers, so that the function to check on dimension lines missing in technical drawings is implemented. In this study, the developed system was applied to the exercises for indicating dimensional information on drawings in the class of "Machine Design." Submitting drawings by the students show that the system is effective to notify the lack of dimensional information. Results of the questionnaire suggest that more kindly user interface and manuals are required for using the system.
