Abstract
High intake temperature is required in HCCI combustion fueled by natural gas owing to its large amount of CH_4, which auto ignition temperature is high. On the other hand, biomass gas, which consists of H_2, enables HCCI combustion to start in lower temperature. In this study, the influence of mixture of biomass gas and city gas refined by natural gas was investigated by experiment and calculation of chemical reactions. It was suggested that the decrease in ratio of 13A in mixing fuel caused auto ignition temperature to lower and required intake temperature to reduce.
