In the processing of the mechanical parts, some kinds of defective products are produced due to any conditions. For Example, It induce defective products such as expansion of the diameter and poor surface roughness occur due to wear of the cutting tool and influence of the built-up edge. Recently, it is necessary to measure for work process by the strain, acceleration and some electrical values of product machine etc., at the time in order to detect of several errs by Internet of Things processing. However, clear judgment criteria are not decided in processing of normal products. In this study, perforated milling by burnishing tool in cutting process which is one of processing methods focuses on . The strain due to the degree of processing progress and wear conditions of the cutting tool on them investigated by CAE analysis and processing experiments. As a result, the maximum point of the strain acting on the jig was specified by FEM analysis. It clarified that the strain varied depending on the degree of progress of the cutting tool and became the maximum value when the cutting tool penetrated into specimen all over or on the occasion of it. Furthermore, experiments showed that the strain increases with the progress of wear of the cutting tool, but the surface roughness did not deteriorate.
