摩耗監視のためのオンライン摩耗センサの開発

抄録

This paper reported the detection method of wear amount by our developed sensor. The wear sensor consists of a circuit board and printed conductors. The principle of detection and design of the sensor, together with its performance were reported. The sensor was also designed to improve the conductor detection resolution. The performance of the wear sensor was discussed by the result of sliding wear tests under dry condition.
