高速水潤滑軸受の開発

抄録

We have developed the water lubricated journal bearings and thrust bearings. The journal bearings have 8 grooves with circle profiles on the inner wall, and the thrust bearings have 4 groove with 3 steps lands. Those bearings are used for the water binary generating system used water as working fluid and tested until the design speed 36,000rpm. The unsteady vibrations were observed at low speed range, but steady and very small vibration amplitudes were observed at high speed ranges.
