Abstract
Though there is no accumulating forming technology that combines the resin and the metal. If it is achieved, the functionality of the products will be improved and varied. So in this research, to accomplish these technology, the deposition principle was proposed, and the condition needed to melt both metal and resin materials are analyzed. In order to find out the optimal condition, fundimental experiments with different conditions are carried out. The laser irradiation, height, angle, repitition, and laser power are changed. As a result, it was often observed the point where laser beam was irradiated became spherical cluster. This may leads to unstability of the deposition product, so the problem should be solved. In the experiments, the conditions to occur the transformation are investigated.
