It is well known that hot-wire anemometer of constant temperature type is inherently unstable, in case that dynamic balance of the servo amplifier in the bridge is not adequate. A new CTA circuit operating in a single power supply is proposed. Stability analysis of the CTA shows that single power operation inherently stabilizes the circuit.
