Carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic polymer of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene [CFRTP(CF/ABS)] was successfully prepared by solution cast method, which production period was tremendously shorter than that by the conventional casting method with melting and solidification. Although the samples under room temperature cannot be fractured by using Charpy impact test, the Charpy impact value (α_<uc>) under low temperature of 77 K at each fracture probability (P_f) for CFRTP(CF/ABS) was higher than that of conventional carbon fibers in thermo-hardened epoxy resin matrix [CFRP (CF/EP)]. In addition, since CF and ABS resin were also separated from CFRTP(CF/ABS) samples by solution cast method, its function should be a typical recycle process.
