In this paper, results of liquid-liquid two phase flow analysis at Y-junction point in micro chemical chip is carried out based on stabilized bubble function finite element method. As the state equation, the Navier Stokes equation with CFS model is introduced, and VOF method is employed for two phase flow analysis. An estimation equation of width from bottom to interface in parallel flow is derived, and the solution is applied to set of boundary condition near Y-junction point for downstream side.
