Abstract
In industrial polymer production plants, improvement of polymer quality has been attracting considerable attention. Several polymer lots are taken out from silos where many lots are stored inside so that the variance of them should be decreased and the taken-out lots are blended by fusing. Then it needs to be determined that both which lots are taken out from silos and which silos newly coming lots are allocated to. The problems determining them are considered to be combinatorial optimization ones, and generally speaking, the calculation time for solving tends to become long. So by using the solutions drived by heuristics beforehand, the efficient searching method is proposed that reduces the calculation time.
