Abstract
The image of people with the talent demanded by the manufacturing industry is introduced as bellow. In Japan, many universities and colleges graduates are newly employed as an engineer. We tested to the new employee in company. Results are few problems of mathematics and Japanese which were these people's lack of basic scholarship. Furthermore, they have a missing small thing in knowledge by the special area of research as an engineer. We feel it uneasy in this situation, and are performing various kinds as education in the manufacturing industry. Finally I would like to emphasize practicing the education of the engineer with whom universities, societies, and manufacturing industries cooperated.
