Abstract
This study describes the new fabrication method of micro plastic mold imprinted nanofiber produced by electro-spinning (ES) process which provides a simple and versatile method for generating ultrathin fibers using variety of materials. The plastic mold aims to use for printing the micro-structured part using nano-powder based paste. The plastic molds that have various micro-structures including line and space patterns, multi-pillars and holes were prepared using polymethy lmethacrylate (PMMA) polymer. The experimental result shown that microstructures with 1μm wide to 50nm high and 10μm high could be formed precisely on the surface of plastic mold after melting ES-nanofibers.
