Abstract
In this study, we have to model the plant FMS(Flexible Manufacturing System) to work. It may progress performance to deviate from the schedule process that had been pre-planned. About this case, I think about the way how do have a divergence, to quantify its severity. It is possible to think about the serious degree from various perspective, but we observed from the production manager standpoint in this study. I have regarded serious degree as temporal alteration. We proposed indicator can be used as a criterion for selecting a restoration method from one strategy that can take several. Also particular, it was thought to be able to explore the recovery by focusing on temporal alteration, differentiated for severity. About experiment, we create the fundamental schedule that represented by the Gantt chart, and we increase or decrease the time of the process some of them. Then we get some mad intentional schedule. We apply the severity that was devising to perform various observations.
