Abstract
When a massive earthquake occurs, littoral residents have to take refuge in any height by the time tsunami invades. If they also take care receivers as bedridden old person and disabled in legs then, a small trailer called "Rear-Car" is effective as an auxiliary implement for carrying them. And if torque assistant equipment used air pressure is attached, the traction going up hills will be reduced. In this research, power of towing various slopes with small trailer was surveyed, and assistant equipment was manufactured based on the data. The cruising range of trailer was computed from the measured value of the air consumption of this equipment, and the improving points were proposed.
