Abstract
This paper deals with new development of finger external fixator when finger is treated complex fracture and so on. Until now, the standard finger external fixator had problems, it couldn't look therapy condition when roentgen photograph shooting, it touched each knuckle when bending and stretching, and stood in the way of someone's life. So the study intended to development of new finger external fixator that would be use unflattering material when taking X-ray pictures, it only wearable on back surface of finger under treating, and goes through the same motion with knuckle geometry of finger. Therefore, new finger external fixator used carbon-fiber that had high X-ray transmission, motion-simulated of knuckle geometry on back surface of finger with link mechanics. The result is that it has solved all problems of standard finger external fixator, the new external fixator made of carbon-fiber has enabled surgery at medical front, and I have discovered moving-rotation-center of finger for the first time.
