Abstract
This study investigated the use of a coaxial dielectric barrier discharge plasma actuator at a nozzle exit for carbon dioxides jet diffusion control. When it applied carbon dioxides jet, It is necessary to increase the input voltage, the induced flow becomes faster. However, the duty ratio and the driving frequency is changed, it was possible to provide a periodic variation. It was given a periodic disturbance at duty = 10%, it was given intermittent center velocity at duty = 50%, it was given the instability in the jet boundary layer at duty = 90%.
