Condition based maintenance for an industrial machine needs predictive failure detection. This paper addresses detecting method of predictive failure that causes wear of bearings in rotating machine changing posture angle. Predictive failure detection uses machine learning whose input data are not only frequency component of vibration data but also posture angle. As a result, we can detect predictive failure with good precision.
