In the chemical process plant, it is important to consider the risk controls for preventing process accidents such as fire, explosion, as well as occupational accidents. And it is required to evaluate the risk of chemicals considering the properties of materials and operation or maintenance work error by workers hi addition to the mishandling of plant facilities and equipments and work environment. This study examines the conduction of risk assessment and the consideration of risk control taking into account these characteristics of chemical processes plant for process safety management.
