Abstract
The plastics mold machine which could use for engineering education was developed. Developed plastics mold machine is the small desk top injection molding machine. The operation is very easy, because the structure of the injection molding machine is very simple. This machine heats the plastic to the over melting point, and it injects the plastic by the pressure in the mold. The mold for injection molding was manufactured in the gypsum. However, the mold made in the gypsum is easy to be broken for the brittleness. In the experimental result, though the injection molding with gypsum mold is possible, it is necessary to improve the brittleness of the gypsum mold. The injection molding machine and gypsum mold become the useful teaching material.
