In meal support of care field, spoon is mainly used for nursing home users. In this study, we tested for the purpose of identifying factors in relation to easy eating by spoons in order to improve the quality of meals and reduce stresses. In our experiment, we fed to 10 subject using 13 kinds of spoon and investigated questionnaire about easiness to eat. Also we examine shape data of every spoon. We carried out sensory evaluation about easy to eat spoon by Friedman's test, we try to examine the variables which affect easiness to eat by spoons by using factor analysis. We suppose that maximum depth of every spoon has a great influence to eat foods for nursing.
