In this paper, a CFD analysis is performed to investigate the effect of improving flow performance in downstream. PSJA control the downstream by giving a small control energy upstream. Two cylinder whose diameter is 50mm are arranged in flow field. PSJA is attached to upper point of the cylinder in the upstream. The position of the cylinder in downstream is located in 100mm behind the center position of the cylinder in upstream. The position of the cylinder in the downstream is varied in the up and down direction. We examined the downstream of the flow performance to respect to the position. When the position of cylinder in the downstream is up direction, drag has been increased. However, when the position of cylinder in the downstream is down direction, drag has been reduced .
