外環自動車道 京葉 JCT トンネル防災計画

抄録

Keiyo JCT intersecting Tokyo Outer Ring Road and the Keiyo road, all of the Ramps comprise a complex tunnel structure.This is a large-scale underground structure unprecedented in Japan. And if a fire accident in the tunnel occurs, disaster prevention measures to ensure the evacuation environment has become an issue. We introduce the disaster prevention plan in Keiyo JCT.
