抄録

At the end of the World War II, A.R.Kantrowitz proposed a supersonic axial compressor. In the compressor, supersonic gas flows were occurred at the stators or the rotors of the compressor. It was expected the compressor can high pressure ratios and high efficiencies for jet engines.
