Sintered silver material having high thermal conductivity and melting point attracts much attraction to many researchers. However, sintered silver material inevitably includes many pores, which will affect its mechanical properties. In this study, quasi-static tensile test and fatigue test are performed by using original tensile tester to investigate the mechanical properties of sintered silver film and its porosity influence. From quasi-static tensile results, the stress-strain behavior of sintered silver shows brittle characteristic in comparison with bulk silver film. Besides, the fatigue lifetime of the sintered film is shorter than the bulk film.
