Hot wire anemometers are widely used in society such as environmental research companies. The hot wire anemometer needs to be calibrated from time to time, but it takes time and money to order the outside company their calibration. Therefore, we developed a hot wire anemometer verification device that gave an accurate flow velocity in the velocity range of 0.2 to 1 m/s every 0.1 m/s and in the velocity range of 2.0 to 10 m/s every 1/m/s. And more, the verification method of the verification device was established.
