Advanced oxidation method is described as effective for persistent organic substances that are not decomposed by the natural purifying effect. But the method have not been widely used in small scale water-purifier tank due to poor energy efficiency. Therefore,the purpose of present study is to develop an energy saving advanced oxidation process in which the fluid mixing equipment that can be driven by a domestic bath pump and the plasma. In this year,the equipment was improved and the gas liquid interface discharge was stabilized by expand and rearrange the electrode section in which generating plasma, and research the increase of chemical species such as ozone and hydrogen peroxide.
