Abstract
In this paper, we show development of a FEM code for visco-elastic material (polymer materials for silicone and high damping rubber) and show numerical model and numerical calculation of high damping rubber material. The results may be summarized as follows; 1) we develop a finite element analysis code based on hyperelasticity considering compressibility, viscoelasticity and softening by experienced maximum deformation. 2) Numerical model of high dumping rubber material is proposed. 3) The properties of high damping rubber material in large deformation region are simulated well by the FEM code.
