In this study a solid surface model is proposed, which consists of the same number of real atoms and Phantom particles corresponding to imaginary atoms, connecting to each other. The Phantom particle represents the remainder lattice atoms except real atoms and provides a convenient heat bath by following a Langevin differential equation. This surface model is applied to Ar-Pt (111) system to verify is propriety. Calculated dependence of flux and average energy distributions of scattered Ar atoms on the surface temperatures agree well with those of molecular beam experiments. It is also found that TOF spectra can be realized using this surface model.
