抄録
The research of high precision control system seeks the accuracy, the velocity increase of the tahle, and the settling time reduction. The friction is the disturbance which has the greatest influence, but the usual research of control system doesn't perform exact modelling of the friction. So this reseach aims at the high precision position control system medelling, the exact modelling of the friction, comparision between the model simulation and the experiment data, and the design of observer for the firction estimation.
