In recent years, CPU calorific power is increasing rapidly involved in computer high performance. So computer industry is requiring cooling unit for CPU correspond to high calorific power and heat flux. We have developed a new compact boiling refrigerant type cooling unit for CPU. It is the main feature of this cooling unit is high cooling performance, compact, and low electric power compared with air-cooling aluminum fin.
