Three-dimensional fluid flows around a single cylinder in forced oscillations or two tandem circular cylinders in free oscillations is computed by finite difference method without any turbulence model. The overlapped grid technique is employed in order to solve the flow around many bodies which are respectively oscillating by fluid forces. The unsteady lift forces of a single cylinder in forced oscillation can be predicted quantitatively. It is shown that the different behaviors of flow-induced oscillations of tandem circular cylinders appear according to the degree of freedom of the upstream cylinder.
