Abstract
We have developed an object-oriented simulator to estimate of production capacity of production systems. Using idea and function of object-oriented systems, we can develop programs of some equipment efficiently, that are machining, conveyor, AGV, materials handling, and so on. We need prepare class library beforehand to simulate production models easily. But it is difficult to design the structure of class library from the different view points between production designers and simulation specialists. This paper proposes the concept about the hierarchy of object-oriented class library with double view points. With our concept, we have constructed the class library for the Machining shop Line.
