Object of this study is to realize a flight of micro flyer that is bio mimetic flyer. We tried to test the performance of an autorotating thin plate. One experiment is a free flight of a rectangular paper. We measured the flight time and landing position from a launching. It is found that the thin bending plate with AR=7 is the most. The other experiment is carried out under micro gravity. We observed the takeoff of the thin aluminum plate. The lift force was estimated from the motion pictures.
