抄録

The integration of a IHX (Intermediate Heat Exchanger) and a mechanical pump is the effective method to reduce the amount of the primary cooling system of FBR plants and to improve the maintenance of IHX. However, The vibration caused by a pump rotation may induce tube-fretting wear at their support plates. Therefore, tube integrity is being evaluated by the combination of the multi-dimensional vibration analysis of the integrated component and the tube wearing analysis. This report describes the tube fretting wear evaluation method and its analysis result.
