A Study of loosening of bolted Joint under micro vibration

Abstract

The influence of the configuration of the bearing surface on bolt loosening under horizontal micro vibrational loading was experimentally investigated. The configurations of the bearing surface influence the characteristics of loosening of bolted joints under micro vibration. The clamping force also influences the characteristics of fatigue and loosening of bolted joints under horizontal micro vibration.
