The modeling methodology for the dynamics stability of a flexible plate, which moves axially from a constraint area into a narrow unconstraint area filled with fluid with high speed velocity, is developed. We calculate fluid force by using the discrete vortex method and derive the equation of motion in the form of the differential algebraic equation by using multi-body dynamics formulation. We verify the validity of the analytical result by the experiment and clarify the dynamic stability of the system.
