Abstract
The author previously reported on research and measurement results concerning the revolving stages of the Konpira Theater and the Kurehaza Theater in Meiji Village. A similar investigation has now been carried out regarding the revolving stage of the Yachiyoza Theater in Yamaga of Kumamoto Prefecture, and the results are reported herein. This large-scale theater, constructed in 1910 and making use of Western technology, retains most of its original materials and mechanisms. Included in this report is a comparison of the above three revolving stages.
