Abstract
An axial-flow fan is being used in the large refrigerator for cooling and the condensing. The air Resistance of the duct rises in that refrigerator. Therefore, a conventional axial-flow fan is working near the stall point. As for this research, the flow near the stall point of the axial-flow fan was analyzed by using EFD by LDV and CFD. It was found out that an vortex on the inlet side of the axial-flow fan was giving performance a big influence as that result. Then, the new orifice which dissolved stall condition was developed. And, the new impeller that a dynamic lift rose was developed, too.
